My girlfriend, she loves big pharma and Pfizer

She likes it thick like the hair up on her head
So she applies Rogaine every night before bed
Dick pills, hair pills, heart pills
Chill pills with plenty of refills
Big pharma – I can’t condone the greed, but you sure got what I need
Big pharma – Harder than any drugs on the street with prices hard to beat
Big pharma – You might be too big to fail, at least your products get me high without landing in jail
Big pharma – I never used to like you, but then you came out with a pill to take care of that, too
I got a friend who loves Johnson and Johnson
He claims their drugs helped him to escape Wisconsin
Concerta for an ADHD diagnosis
Invega to ward off any lingering psychosis
Pills, tabs, shots, patches, and caps
If you never stop you’ll never have the chance to relapse
Big pharma – I’m not a fan of your greed, but I am fanatical about your legal speed
Big pharma – How are you different than a cartel when identical products are what you sell?
Big pharma – Pushing drugs is what they do, ask your doctor if Ozempic is right for you
Big pharma – More like big family cause more than half of the country’s on something including me
I love AstraZeneca and all of big pharma
So what if they only care about shares and not about karma
The whole industry is quite mentally ill
It needs to be given a big dose of Seroquel
One pill, two, three, four, five
A pill to help me survive, a few more to feel alive
Big pharma – I can’t condone the greed, but you sure got what I need
Big pharma – You’re basically a cartel that gets to advertise the addictive products you sell
Big pharma – Every other ad on TV, 50 drugs to ask my doctor if they’re right for me
Big pharma – You and I can never part, if we did it might literally break my heart
